luckywin Terms & Conditions — Your Guide to Using the Platform Responsibly

Each person may hold only one registered account with luckywin. If duplicate accounts are identified, luckywin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and review any balances or pending transactions on those accounts.

• KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• luckywin may request KYC documents at any point during your use of the platform.
• Failure to provide valid verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
• All documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with the luckywin Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on luckywin are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The platform supports Philippine payment channels including online banking, mobile banking transfers, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. Supported e-wallet brands may include GCash and Maya, subject to current availability.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods for gaming or wagering.
• Funds deposited are intended for use on the luckywin platform only.
• luckywin does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may have their own transaction fees.

• luckywin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain amounts.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment accounts registered in the same name as your luckywin account.
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are met.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the luckywin platform:

• All bets and game plays are final once confirmed by the platform. Confirmed transactions cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• Sports betting results are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognized by the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a technical error or obvious pricing mistake, luckywin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Casino and fish game outcomes are determined by the game system. For live dealer games, outcomes are determined by the physical result observed in the live feed.
• luckywin does not guarantee that any game or betting market will be available at any particular time. Events and markets may be suspended or removed at the platform's discretion.

Any attempt to exploit game bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities is a violation of these Terms. luckywin may void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts where such activity is identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luckywin platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds through payment methods not registered in your name.
• Initiating chargebacks or disputes on gaming deposits through your bank or payment provider.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any multiplayer game format.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other unauthorized software to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers, bonuses, or cashback programs in a manner inconsistent with their stated purpose.
• Accessing luckywin from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

Where an account is closed for violations, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a player voluntarily requests account closure, any verified remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment account after applicable checks are completed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, luckywin is not liable for any financial loss, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

luckywin makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and the integrity of game systems, but does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect platform access.

luckywin may update or amend these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players through the platform or via the contact details on file. The updated Terms will take effect from the date shown at the top of this page.
